3G Not working on BB Torch 9800?

I have an unlocked BB 9800 Torch (AT&T branded) device that I just started using on T-Mobile. The service books and emails work fine. Voice is great. UMA is working. However at the top It says EDGE and not 3G and the internet is slow since it is using EDGE.

Changed TCP/IP settings - What else is needed to make this Blackberry Torch work at 3G speeds on T-Mobile network?

Any advice and all help is sincerely appreciated.
